How far in advance should we book?

For wedding season dates we recommend booking 6–9 months ahead. Portrait, product and corporate sessions can usually be scheduled within two weeks.

Do you travel outside the city?

Yes. We shoot destination weddings across India. Travel and stay for the crew is billed at actuals and quoted upfront.

How long does delivery take?

A teaser reaches you within 7 days. Full edited galleries take 20–30 days and cinematic films take 30–45 days depending on the package.

Question 4

What is required to confirm a booking?

Accepted Answer

A signed contract and a 30% booking advance. The balance is split between the shoot day and final delivery.

Do we get the raw unedited files?

Accepted Answer

We deliver hand-selected, fully edited images. Raw files can be provided on request for an additional archival fee.

Can we customise a package?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Every package is a starting point — add crew, extra days, albums, drone or live streaming and we will re-quote.

Question 7

What happens if a photographer falls ill?

We run a team, not a solo operation. A backup crew member of equal experience is assigned for every confirmed booking.

Are the photographs edited?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every delivered image is colour graded and retouched. Advanced retouching such as object removal is available on request.
